Donna is AMAZING!!! My friends and I can't say enough about her. You have a real gem there. She has a way of making the most nervous caller feel at home and calm. I don't embarrass easily but I'm sure many a young lady calls nervously to order tickets and Donna can make you feel so comfortable. She's a real asset to TSH (I'm sure you know that).
